Pure Botanical LLC, provides a 30-day return period for customers within the United States. This allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.

Important: Items returned without prior approval or without using the provided shipping label may not be accepted.

3. Return Fees & Costs

We believe in full transparency regarding return costs:

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Return Shipping Cost: For "change of mind" returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. The actual cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will provide instructions to replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
