1. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.
2. Transit Times & Delivery
We primarily use USPS, DHL Express, UPS and FedEx for our USA deliveries. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:
- Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the United States.
4. Shipping Origins & Taxes
All orders are shipped from within the United States. All prices shown on the product landing page exclude US VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout depending on your address, which means there are no additional taxes for orders.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.
